Add some demonstration videos to the website
A video walk through of Hippo CMS 7, so you don't have to download it to see what it does.

Add an architectural diagram
It's not very clear what the relationship between Hippo CMS, HST, Portal, etc is. Please add an architectural diagram that explains the high-level concepts.

Create a target audience homepage with FAQ
Instead of the Hippo ECM homepage, have a homepage which redirects a developer, sys admin, user, sales (watch demo), etc. directly to their first top 5 FAQ's.
And make a (architectural) diagram to show if somebody wants the CMS/HST combi or the CMS/portal solution.
Adopt solutions as an entry point: intranet, website, personalized extranet, collaboration, etc.7 votes -

Make a clean message when installing on tomcat 6
most questions on the mailinglist are about installing Hippo CMs with CMS 6.
People don't read the install page, but read the error message. What they should read in the error log is:
"Download the geronimo-spec-jta"5 votes -
Add a zip with all the maven2 artifacts to be downloaded
When you start with a fresh maven install the process takes a LOT of time .....
It's fairly easy to simply run all the commands once and then zip up the ~/.m2/repository directory and make it available online ....
it would save a LOT of time :D

I would add the hippo site toolkit, project export & template editor to development tools
http://www.onehippo.org/cms7/delve_into/tools/index.html
on these pages also show the video information.

Fix this broken link
I was trying to find a page where I could download your product. I haven't yet. But during my quest, I noticed the following link was broken.
On the page: onehippo.org/cms7/documentation/installation/plugins.html the link to "Deploy the War" is broken.

Add a node overview
IMHO the documentation about the console could really use a high level overview of what is stored in each (top level) node.
That's this page: http://www.onehippo.org/cms7/documentation/development/content+repository/using+web+console.html , or the "edit" one
